Access and navigation on this site are subject to the terms applicable here and establish a contract between the user and a COSMIC GONG SHOP. Their access and use presupposes the confirmation of these terms and the fulfillment of all applicable laws and rule

1. General Conditions of Sale

We offer the possibility to order comfortably through our online store or by email.

1.1. The customer places his order through the purchase process presented on this website, adding the product (s) to the shopping basket and making the payment.

1.2. To finalize the order, the customer must provide the requested information (full name, delivery address, shipping method, payment method).

1.3. The confirmation of the order presupposes the acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale, as well as the General Conditions of Sale present here.

1.4. The data recorded are the sole responsibility of the customer. Since the invoice once issued cannot be changed.

2. Means of payment

COSMIC GONG SHOP offers the following payment methods:

2.1. Credit card

The customer will be able to pay for the order using Visa or Mastercard credit cards with total security and convenience. Just enter your card details and confirm the payment.

The amount will be charged to your card and we will proceed with the shipment of your order. If you wish to receive the tracking code for your order, please request it via email.

In the case of a refund, the associated credit card fees are deducted.

2.2. Paypal

Paypal payment is secure and fast. It implies that you have to have or create an account on Paypal to proceed with the respective payment.

When making a purchase using Paypal, you will be redirected to the Paypal website where you will need to access your account and just enter your details to make the payment. After this process, you automatically receive the order confirmation in your email.

2.3. Bank transfer

Upon finalizing the order, you will receive a confirmation email and payment details. The transfer can be made at any ATM or over the internet, through Home banking services.

After payment, you will need to send a proof to the email shop@cosmicgongshop.com for validation of the purchase. COSMIC GONG SHOP will update the order status and send the item (s).

The customer undertakes to make the transfer within 48 hours. If COSMIC GONG SHOP does not receive this confirmation within the stated period, we will send a reminder by email until payment is made. If you wish to receive the tracking code for your order, please request it via email.

In the case of making an international bank transfer, you can opt for a SEPA money transfer.

2.4. ATM reference (Paypay)

ATM payments can be made at any ATM or over the internet, through Homebanking services.

At the end of the order, you will receive a confirmation email and payment details with ATM reference.

The ATM reference is valid for 48 hours. If COSMIC GONG SHOP does not receive this confirmation within the stated period, we will send a reminder by email until payment is made. If you wish to receive the tracking code for your order, please request it via email.

3. Prices

3.1. The sale prices indicated on the website are presented in euros (€), with taxes and fees included, as well as the VAT in force at the time of payment of the order.

3.2. Delivery charges are borne by the customer and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the selected products. The customer is informed of these costs before confirming his order and completing the order.

3.4. COSMIC GONG SHOP reserves the right to change prices at any time and without prior notice.

4. Availability

4.1. According to stock availability, COSMIC GONG SHOP undertakes to send the order within 3 to 10 working days, from the date of receipt of payment.

4.2. When an item is unavailable due to lack of stock, COSMIC GONG SHOP will contact the customer by e-mail or telephone, in order to inform the new delivery date of the product.

5. Shipping

5.1. COSMIC GONG SHOP delivers orders throughout the Portuguese territory (mainland and islands), Europe and the rest of the world. Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address and the availability of the items.

5.2. All orders are sent via carrier or CTT, and for international shipments the costs will be calculated automatically at the end of the purchase. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

5.3. Shipping costs will always differ depending on the weight and volume of the item. Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees, as well as shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the item.

6. Warranty / Returns

The customer can exchange or return his order within 15 days (calendar) after receiving it. These will be carried out only and if the product has any problem or defect. The two options are identified and details below.

6.1. All products are tested by COSMIC GONG before going to the customer, however in the event of any problems or defects in the product, the customer undertakes to send in writing to the email shop@cosmicgongshop.com and make proof by photograph / video of the problem identified.

6.2. In order to keep the item (s) safe and protected, they must remain intact, complete and in their original packaging, together with a copy of the purchase invoice.

6.3. After previously accepting the return by COSMIC GONG, the refund will be made by the same payment method chosen by the customer for payment of the order within 2 working days. In this case, and for payments with cards, the associated credit card fees will be deducted (0.3%).

6.4. The return process will always be accompanied by a professional from COSMIC GONG, so for further clarification you will need to contact us via email.

7. Transport damage

7.1. The customer reserves the commitment to immediately inform evident quality defects within 24 hours after receiving the order.

7.2. In case of externally visible damage, we recommend that you immediately report it to the carrier. You will also have to send in writing to shop@cosmicgongshop.com and proof of the problem identified by photo / video. COSMIC GONG SHOP is committed to resolving the situation as soon as possible.

8. Legal notice

9.1. We assume no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by the user as a result of using this site.
